Shipping & Delivery  

SHIPPING
We ship worldwide. Shipping is free within India (except under a few circumstances mentioned below). Delivery takes about 5-6 working days from the dispatch date. The shipping charges for international shipping will be additional and will be charged based on the volumetric weight and volumetric size of the package charged by the respective country. International shipping charges will be shared upon inquiry.

TAXES AND DUTIES
We ship international orders on a DDU basis (Delivery Duty Unpaid), where the price is exclusive of all import duties. To release your order from customs on arrival, the buyer will be charged additional taxes/import duties/customs charges/ local sales tax (if any) levied by the country of import. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Please note that dispatch times may vary depending on the availability of the product(s) and the time taken by the courier service and/ or at customs clearance.

Ekam will not be responsible for any damages, delays, or loss during shipping.

NON AVAILABILITY DURING DELIVERY
Please note that deliveries can be affected in the following circumstances leading to the return of the shipment:

Incomplete payment

Incorrect address and phone number

Absence of the addressee at the given address

Change of address is not possible once the order has been shipped. Please ensure someone is there at the given address to receive your order. The courier service will attempt delivery before the shipment is returned to us. There will be additional fees for further delivery attempts.

Orders shipped and returned due to the addressee's nonavailability are not eligible for refunds, credit notes, exchanges, etc. There will be an additional shipping fee if the order is returned to us and has to be shipped to a new address instead.

Once an order is placed, we do not accept cancellations, exchanges, or refunds; all purchases are final. Refunds will only be processed in cases of: Fulfillment errors (e.g., incorrect item shipped) Proven site errors (refer to Section D in our Terms & Conditions) Important: To be eligible for a refund in such cases, you must share a clear, continuous unboxing video from the moment the package is opened, showing the product in its original packaging. Without this video proof, refunds will not be processed. If approved, refunds will be issued via the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days. If the product is returned without prior approval or without meeting the above conditions, we will not be liable for any refund or exchange.
